We live in a society influenced greatly by complaints; nothing is right for some people.  It gives me much pleasure in complimenting the workmen who have now installed my new windows; they were prompt at starting work, got on with job without causing damage or mess and the end result is extremely satisfactory; I have nothing but praise.
