Composite Doors

Our Composite Doors are manufactured from PVCu and GRP skins, formed around a laminated frame with polyurethane foam insulated core.

Appearance

The door face is textured with an authentic woodgrain design, recreating the appearance of timber. The door is available in white, red, green and blue. Two woodgrain finishes, light and dark, complete the range.

Security

All Discovery Door locking mechanisms are multi-point high security systems with hook engagement. All composite doors have internal steel mesh reinforcement to resist mechanical attack.

Weather Performance

The unique Discovery triple weather seal with its purpose designed outer frame gives significantly improved weather resistance over traditional timber door leaf.

Accessibility

The thermally broken low threshold of our composite doors gives high weather resistance and thermal insulation, and conforms to the new mobility regulations.
