Yes - we have 2 local showrooms and Abbey Glass Conservatory Village at Byrkley Garden Centre, all displaying our extensive range of windows, doors, and conservatories. See showroom page for full details.

Are your products manufactured locally?
Yes - we have a 15,000sq ft factory on Wetherby Road in Derby. We actively encourage customers to visit before making any decisions.

What are your payment terms?
Nil deposit or stage payments. Full payment on 100% completion of contract. You don't pay the installers the day they leave, we allow 7 days for you to ensure the workmanship is up to the standard expected before the invoice is sent out. We believe no-one locally offers this kind of confidence.

What is the period of guarantee & what does it cover?
Our fully comprehensive Ten Year Guarantee covers all aspects of workmanship including handles, hinges, locks, glazing and any associated building works. All our guarantees are transferable. We guarantee the workmanship not the customer!

How long have you been in business?
Abbey Glass (Derby) Ltd were established in 1972 and are now in there 36th year of trading locally. We are by far the oldest window and conservatory company in the Derby area.

Are your workforce employed?
Yes, and unlike the majority of our competitors we fully employ all our installation teams, fabricators, glaziers, sealed unit manufacturers and even the building division are employed. All our workforce are NVQ qualified and carry industry recognised CSCS identification cards to show that they are qualified to carry out work to your home.
