1. Promotional Period
This promotion is valid from 1st November 2026 until 31st January 2027, inclusive. All qualifying orders must be placed within this period to be eligible for the offer.
2. Offer Eligibility
Customers who place a qualifying order exceeding £10,000 during the promotional period will be eligible to receive one complimentary door from our selected promotional range or a qualifying uPVC back door, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The promotion is limited to one complimentary door per qualifying order.
3. Eligible Door Designs
The promotion applies to the following selected door designs:
Sapphire 2
Opal 3
Topaz 1
Amethyst 1 Long
Pluto 1C
Alternative uPVC Back Door Option
As an alternative to the selected door designs listed above, customers may choose a standard uPVC back door in either of the following configurations:
The uPVC back door option is available in white only, including the door and frame on both the interior and exterior. Coloured uPVC doors, panels and frames are excluded from the promotional offer and may be available at an additional cost.
4. Colour and Frame Specifications
The following standard external colours are available for the selected promotional door designs:
White
Black
Blue
Red
Dark Green
Anthracite Grey
Chartwell Green
Cream
All selected promotional doors must have a white internal finish, with white frames on both the interior and exterior.
The selected promotional door range is limited to grain finishes only.
Any alternative colours, finishes or frame specifications outside the stated promotional range may incur additional charges.
The alternative uPVC back door option is strictly limited to white, as outlined in Section 3.
5. Glazing Options
The following glazing options are included within the selected promotional range:
Classic
Satin
Kensington
Clear
Obscure Patterned Glass
Glazing options are subject to compatibility with the selected door design.
Alternative glazing styles, decorative glass or specifications outside the promotional range may be available at an additional cost.
6. Handles and Letter Plates
Standard lever handles and letter plates, where applicable to the selected door design, are available in the following finishes:
Black
Gold
Polished Chrome
Satin Chrome
Alternative hardware designs, finishes or upgrades outside the stated promotional range may incur additional charges.
7. Included Specifications
The complimentary door includes the following standard specifications, as applicable to the selected design:
One qualifying door from the selected promotional range or the specified white uPVC back door option
Standard frame in the required promotional finish
Standard sill
Low threshold
Eligible glazing and standard hardware
All specifications must fall within the stated promotional range. Any requested variations or additional features will be quoted separately.
8. Exclusions and Additional Charges
The following are not included as part of the complimentary door promotion:
Sidelights and toplights
Colours and finishes outside the specified promotional range
Coloured uPVC back doors, panels or frames
Alternative glazing designs or upgraded glass specifications
Non-standard hardware or additional accessories
Any other upgrades or modifications outside the standard promotional specification
Additional options may be available at an extra cost, subject to product availability and individual quotation.
Any additional charges will be confirmed with the customer before an order is placed.
9. General Terms and Conditions
The promotion is available on qualifying orders exceeding £10,000 placed between 1st November 2026 and 31st January 2027.
The offer is limited to one complimentary door per qualifying order.
Customers may select either a door from the specified promotional range or a qualifying white uPVC back door.
The complimentary door must meet the eligible designs, colours, glazing, hardware and specifications outlined within these terms and conditions.
The white uPVC back door option is available in half-glazed or fully glazed designs only.
The promotion is subject to product availability.
No cash alternative is available.
Any additional features, upgrades or specifications outside the promotional range will be quoted separately.
Nothing within these terms and conditions affects the customer’s statutory consumer rights.
